Brand Ambassadors Lead
Represent the fashion show to promote tickets, designers, and sponsors before and during the event. They also interact with guests and influencers.
Model & Talent Roles:
Casting Director
Works with designers to select the best models for the show, ensuring a diverse and suitable lineup for the event.
Runway Coach
Provides guidance and training to models on posture, walk, and style for the runway.
Model Coordinator
Manages the models’ schedules, fitting sessions, and overall coordination.
Design & Production Team:
Designer Liaison
Acts as the point of contact between designers
and the production team, ensuring collections are properly showcased.
Hair and Makeup Team Lead
Responsible for overseeing the Scheduling and operation of the Hair And Makeup Room/Flow Before And During Show.
Lighting Designer
Manages lighting setups to enhance the runway experience, creating dramatic effects to highlight models and collections.
Set Designer
Designs the runway and surrounding environment to
match the vision of the event, working closely with the Creative Director.
Stylist Liaison
Works closely with designers and models to create the final looks for the runway.
Event Operations:
Backstage Crew
Assists with managing the backstage area, including organizing models, styling, and ensuring smooth transitions during the show.
Event Manager
Oversees logistical elements like venue coordination, guest lists, and operational flow.
Guest Relations Manager
Manages RSVPs, ticketing, and guest experience, ensuring all attendees have a positive and organized experience.
Registration & Ticketing Staff
Handle check-in for guests, ensuring smooth entry and distribution of materials like programs or tickets.
Security Coordinator
Ensures the safety of guests, models, and equipment during the event. They will oversee entrance procedures and general security measures.

While the majority of roles are not salaried, they provide valuable exposure and recognition in exchange for exceptional contributions. Ambassadors and volunteers will receive the benefit of elegant photo opportunities, media awards, and exclusive event access. In some cases, paid positions are available on a commission-based structure or as a flat rate for the duration of the event. All roles are provided under independent contractor agreements and may be terminated at any time, depending on the nature and needs of the project.
